The World

The answer to how many continents and countries make up the world is somewhat disputed and uncertain. However many believe it to be 6 or 7 continents and between 192 & 195 countries.

This is a list of them all as of 2014 as it may change due to political disputes and wars!!

I have listed them in alphabetical order.
The names in italic are capital cities.
The places we have visited are in BOLD and dated.
