The return of the Irresistible Impact Business Retreat in January 2019 was another huge success.

Moni & Sue-Ellen held their first Irresistible Impact Business Retreat in 2018 and after the results of the participants and the feedback, it was a no brainer that these business retreats should continue.

And here we are, January 2019 in Adelaide with another four ladies in a wonderful AirBnB house.

The retreat house was seriously well equipped. A huge kitchen and prep room, dining area inside & out. Plenty of other work stations and three single rooms and one shared bedroom.

This retreat was an extra day, taking it to 5 nights 6 days training. Once again I pampered the ladies for breakfast lunch and dinner with everything in between.

Even though it’s pretty full-on each day, I loved it, especially when everyone is taken care of with each of them getting special attention to their personal favourites and dietary requirements.

That’s just from my foodie perspective, the real gold is in what these ladies get to experience with the breakthroughs they have. Sure enough, this is a retreat and the ladies are pampered all day long. But there is lots of work to be done, and some involve getting a little out of your comfort zone as this is where the biggest growth takes place.

Some tears are shed, as struggles come to light but the reward is far greater than the initial painful experience. I see these ladies transform in just a short time from when they arrive to the time they say goodbye. They go from somewhat lost to having clear goals, visions and dreams. From no idea about websites to fully working web pages. From struggling with their marketing to having clear roadmaps to success.

But most of all, they all leave with far greater understanding and strength in knowing what they can achieve with the tools and knowledge from the Irresistible Impact Business Retreat.
