P&O Pacific Eden Photo Tour
This is a brief photo tour of P&O Pacific Eden which will be leaving the fleet in April and will join Cruise & Maritime Voyages under the new name of Vasco da Gama.
Even though these images are not of the newly named ship, I believe that much has stayed the same, considering she was refitted in 2015 as she was then transferred from Holland America Line MS Statendam to P&O Pacific Eden. We joined the Pacific Eden in Sydney yesterday and will spend 3 nights onboard
Starting on deck 12 at the very front you’ll find the most popular and beloved Dome. This is a favourite feature of the Pacific Dawn and now the Eden as well.
Below the Dome, on deck 11 you find the Elemis Spa, Gym, Hair & Beauty Salon & the Thermal Suites. Fortunately the for the Eden, you have the Dome above which allows for awesome views with a bar and nightclub where you can sit and absorb the surrounding views.
Many ships often have the Spa center taking up this wonderful real estate for a hair salon and gym, just crazy 🙁
Moving out from the Elemis Spa area you come to the outside area of deck 11, here is the Grill followed by the Pool & Hot tub area.
This is a really nice spot and very well decorated. You can also get upstairs to the Dome from here.
Just after the pool is the New Zealand ice cream parlour and the Lido Pool Bar
As we walk on you enter the Pantry which is P&O’s modern way of the Lido Buffet. And it works really well. Bright & airy with a fresh feel to it.
From the Pantry area, you can just continue through to the very rear and sit outside. If you’re still looking to see our oceanview cabin on the Pacific Eden I mentioned that on embarkation day.
Next up we will go inside for a photo tour of the Pacific Eden interior.
