A Short Trip to Boulder Then Back to Loveland in Colorado
A fine breakfast thanks to our AirBnB hosts in Loveland prepared us for the day ahead. Moni had a mentoring day with her mentor in Fort Collins, before we head off to visit Boulder.
Day 144 – July 24th.
It’s only a short drive from Loveland to Fort Collins and the weather was perfect.
Moni had a great one on one session with her mentor during the morning while I cought up on some blogging. A fantastic lunch was served and we thouriughly enjoyed our time with them.
Around 2pm we made our drive to Boulder again not too far away, managing to avoid the storms that were going in the other direction. We found a parking space and paid for a few hours. The we walked into town.
“watching the famous Boulder street performer get himself in to a small clear perspex box”
Walking around the town was very hot so we grabbed ice creams and enjoyed them whilst watching a street performer get himself in to a clear perspex box of 22 inches squared!! He was so nimble and could bend himself in every direction.
We spent our time walking around before heading back to the car and back to Loveland for another night. This time we drove the scenic route back to Loveland and it was amazing.
“The scenery in this area is amazing and today was extra special as the light and mood made it stunning”

As we arrived in Estes Park we decided to stop for dinner at the Alpenhotel and enjoy the evening outside on the terrace.
