A Visit to The Cafe de Otraparte in Medellin
apparently there is a great coffee place behind the Corporacion Otraparte in Envigado, which went to try out today. The cafe de Otraparte has a huge menu and lots of tables inside and out in the courtyard.

The real place is a Museum and has regular movie screenings, talks and music events of which some a free. Check out the webpage Corporacion Otraparte in Envigado for more info in Spanish.
As you walk to the right of the building you enter the courtyard of the cafe de Otraparte. You can also get in to the cafe from the road on this side, where some parking is available.
We chose a table in the courtyard as it was a lovely afternoon.
El Cafe de Otraparte in Medellin
The cafe de Otraparte has a big menu and was a bit confusing at first and I’m pretty sure I didn’t get what I ordered, lol. However it is a nice environment with wi-fi for those that would love to work out and about in Envigado.
Our two items cost $16,600 Peso $9.40 AUD which for the area is quite expensive. The disappointing thing was I didn’t see anybody drinking what I call real coffee, they all drank the black juice from hell stuff, you know from the drip. Funny that I say that because I have had a couple of them myself, and the flavour is intense but still lacks the creme that we both prefer.
